When done well a pancake party finds the ultimate balance of flavours across an assortment of bold indulgent flavours. For example, the crisp juicy acidity kick of fresh apples helps balance salted caramel sauce and choc chip pancakes; berries help balance out the heavy luxury of maple syrup; brown sugar helps take some of the sharpness out of fresh lemon juice while still keeping is fresh and vibrant...there's counterparts that pair so well with all the indulgence associated with pancakes, without which it really wouldn't be a party as it'd be lights out I'm asleep after only a couple as the super bold flavours would be too heavy and without the relief balance out flavour your palate would get bored. This wonderful blend has all those familiar, comforting indulgent flavours, with the accompanying balancing out flavours to keep your pallet excited and your mind ticking over without that I'm tired sensation that you'd get it you just had a stack of pancakes with nothing but maple syrup
